We have worked with every type of customer on the planet and to be honest in the end we make sure the home owner is happy with their new metal roof and we want you to feel comfortable knowing that our craftsmanship carries a warranty, which we take great pride in and we will stand behind all of our work. We know that word of mouth is everything in this industry so we strive to keep the customer happy.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should think about the color, galvalume is the least expensive type of metal roof and offers the most value, it reflects uv rays from the sun and can cut your cooling costs by a large percentage, vs. asphalt shingles which tend to absorb heat. Colored roofs look very nice, but generally cary a higher price tag, due to the material cost. Another thing to think about is the type of metal roof, there are many options, screw down with exposed fasteners and on the other end of the spectrum you have standing seam with a mechanical lock being the best product on the market. I will take the time to describe these options and the pros and cons of all the different metal roofing panels.
