Introduction: I am a lifelong athlete with a passion for helping others reach their peak performance in all aspects of life. My certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer since 2014 as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1, Certificate in Exercise Nurition. I've also learned 1st hand from some of the top trainers in the country at the 2015 Idea Fit East Conference. I have spent my career as both an independent freelance trainer as well as a trainer in the Retro Fitness franchises of Concord Mall and Kirkwood Highway, in Wilmington, DE. Throughout my career, I've helped clients of different fitness levels, from college athletes to my more seasoned elderly clients, achieve goals they once believed unattainable.

have worked with other trainers in the past, and I can say without hesitation that Keith is the best trainer I have come across.His knowledge of the human body is simply amazing and makes me pay attention to every instruction during sessions, but also gives me reason to follow my program between sessions.As compared to when I started, I'm much fitter, stronger, and confident with my body, which has carried over into my taking better care of myself (diet and exercise) on non-training days, and has redefined my sense of my boundaries. He has a deep knowledge of how the human body functions, and has clear insight of how to make mine achieve my goals! I can't speak highly enough about his style and attention to details. He was also so gracious to reschedule even in the last minute if I could not make it.I recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I was a varsity athlete in college as a thrower on the track team. After graduating, I stopped working out and fell into that never ending hole of stress, anxiety, and lots of ice cream. I felt as if something was missing in my life.I joined Retro back in 2016 in the hopes of getting back into lifting and strength training. I am so happy I found Retro and met Keith. He laughs at my jokes, pushes me to lift heavy, and comes in early in the morning just to train me. Surround yourself with those who push you to be a better you than you were yesterday. And remember ladies; do your squats, eat your veggies, and don't let boys be mean to you.
