- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free on-site estimates are always available. My residential and Commercial rate is usually depending on the job at hand and what tools are required. It also makes a difference if the crew size needs additional helpers are several different electricians. Sometimes the time frame comes into play. My average cost is $65 per hour. However smaller projects could cost less if it is something simple with only one man. Also longer-term jobs can be good for a lower cost and also hourly at a lower hourly rate depending on job requirements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal conversation on the telephone in relation to what my customers needs are. Information about background history of myself and business. Answering any questions that my customer could possibly have about myself and/or their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Very qualified for any electrical project indeed. I have been on the job site since before I finished Junior High School. 4th generation electrician and Contracting. Graduated a two-year electrical and electronic course in 6 months when I was Just out of high school in 1985. I have been in business for myself since 1991 and also have worked for several other reputable companies as an electrician and general contracting. Completed several different code courses and electrical training courses through the years. Most of my work has been commercial and industrial type lately however I have done many many years of residential also.
