- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We perform our initial pricing by looking at the roof using google earth, which is why we encourage all of our customers to register with us on our website. That way we know very quickly how much it will likely cost to re-roof your home. We can also provide the customer financing and insurance options to help pay for the re-roofing job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a MyStrongHome customer signs up with us, either over the phone or through our website, we very quickly prepare an estimate to re-roof that home. Then we reach out to the customer to explain to them how we can pay for much of their re-roofing costs using their reduced insurance premium costs. We then schedule the work on the client's home, using locally proven roofing contractors, and the work is completed most often in one day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our roofing teams are proven. They have been trained on the FORTIFIED construction standards set by the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety (IBHS) and have built many roofs, and more importantly, FORTIFIED roofs. They communicate with homeowners clearly and ensure the job site is clean and well-managed.
