- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we offer true transparent pricing there is never ever any sales tactics to raise the prices. We give a fully written and comprehensive estimate. What we quote is what you pay period! We pride our company on having a team dedicated to growing our company through honest hard work and a high work ethic. Once you meet us you will feel comfortable and secure in knowing we are there to make sure we get the work done properly and you never have to worry about the price changing. Some companies only clean the actual glass. We clean it the way it's supposed to be done including glass, sills, screens, frames and tracks. When we finish you will be confident that the job was done properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several options available. We offer inside only outside only or both. Inside outside and tracks and screens are our most popular purchase. In addition to cleaning the glass we also clean the cills and the window frames. We never ever use sub contractors or hourly employees. We have a family operation with every technician having a true vested interest in earning repeat customers. We do the job right and we are honest hard working and reliable. Your home will be respected and we even offer a free Webster service with every service. We take a big blue brush and take off all cob webs, bug nests and anything unsightly around the eves of the entire home. You will hire us once and never have to look for a window cleaner again we guarantee your satisfaction and respect you have a choice in who you allow in your home!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs have had thouroughly training on both the techniques of cleaning and the required care when Windows have protective films. We also take pride in our customer relations and making each visit easy and courteous making sure your home, pets, family and time are respected!
