Michael is the ultimate chef in all ways. I have had the opportunity to experience Michael's talents in many settings from caring for us personally in his restaurant, to planning an event tailored to my guests, to larger social gatherings including themed events. I have never ceased to be amazed at Michael's creativity,caring demeanor, and the deliciousness of all he prepares. Never has anyone made his customers feel more valued or special nor has anyone surpassed his skill in preparing amazing food!

We have hired Chef Michael for the last 6 years for our holiday party and each year he continues to wow us with his creative and delicious dishes. Our guest rave about his catering and look forward to him coming back year after year. His special beef tenderloin simply melts in your mouth! Michael's passion for perfection supersedes the value he brings to the table. We highly recommend Chef Michael - trust me you will not be disappointed!
