I am known for rapid response, excellent customer service, and detail orientation. Almost every month, I travel to destinations I book to inspect hotels, meet tour guides, and discover the best of each location so I can develop amazing travel experiences for you. For example, in Colombia, I stayed in 9 hotels in 11 nights to gain first-hand knowledge of properties, and toured with multiple guides. The photos here are my own.
