- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I earn my income through a commission system. I only get paid by providing services that lead to a closing or signed lease
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Set up an initial meeting to assess the individuals' priorities and how best to help them achieve their goals. -Create a profile for the customer -Maintain regular communication throughout the sale or rental process -Share real estate market trends and industry news, allowing the customer to make educated decisions when deciding to work with a professional to sell, buy or rent a property
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license that required NY Department of State mandated education courses and tests to receive my license. Keller Williams was just named #1 in Training Magazine's 2015 Training Top 125. I attend an average of 3-5 hours a week of real estate industry specific training.
