Autumns classes are so unique & she really caters to the needs of her students - she's always there to encourage, push, & help every student feel the best they can during & after class. I cannot think of another instructor that has helped me in the ways that she has. I highly recommend giving her a chance, you won't regret it!

I love classes with Autumn. She is so good at encouraging her students to try new poses. She is always prepared for class with a sequence that is challenging but doable.

Autumn's lesson plans are unique. She seems to focus each lesson on specific area of energy rather than lumping everything together. These have allowed me, as a novice student, to experience targeted releases of stress. She engages with her students; helping with correct posture and form. She continuously monitors and assists with the all important breath to ensure you are well grounded and clear of distractions. I would recommend taking that leap of faith and experiencing all that Autumn offers towards finding inner tranquility!
