Introduction: Anaka Maurits specializes in weekly floral installations for corporate offices, hotels, restaurants and residences. Anaka Maurits also specializes in weddings, events and urban landscaping. With nearly a decade in the floral design business, Marla and Jordy have developed a unique and elegant style with a keen eye for detail. Whatever your design needs may be, Anaka Maurits will exceed them with exceptional design and superior quality.
Anaka Maurits is Co-owned and operated by Jordy Dolleman and Marla Burkhardt. Jordy, who is originally from Holland, and Marla who was on a study abroad from The New School, met in Amsterdam. On one of their first dates, Jordy took Marla to his hometown of Den Helder, Holland, to see the tulip fields. Little did they know that soon after graduating, their paths would lead them to the flower market on 28th Street in NYC (where those exact tulips are sold) and they would discover a shared passion for floral design and entrepreneurship.

Jordy and Marla have done an outstanding job at meeting our company's needs. Not only are they reliable and responsive, but they create unique yet tasteful arrangements, which never disappoint.
In addition to providing our office with glorious arrangements each week, Jordy and Marla always help us out with events that we host quite frequently. Whether it's early in the morning, or a later event in the evening, they always show up on time. I was particularly impressed when I reached out to them to help us with an event while they were going to be out of town, and even still they found a way to deliver us flower arrangements even when they weren't here. Their ability to problem solve to meet their client's needs is exceptional.

Anaka Maurits has done several special occasion deliveries, and they handled my wedding flowers as well. The deliveries are always perfect, and my wedding flowers were absolutely STUNNING! They were fresh and had perfect buds/blossoms. The design was creative, cohesive, whimsical yet refined, and truly created the ambiance I was looking for. The level of customer service is impeccable, as well. Instead of overselling me on certain flowers/designs, they were honest with me regarding what looks best, what is in season in mid-June, and what they could and could not do within my budget. I was blown away with the final product they delivered! They are true industry experts. I order my flowers exclusively from Anaka Maurits and highly recommend you do the same.

For the last 2 years Jordy his Anaka Maurits Floral Design has done all the floral and plant needs at Ace Hotel NYC. Additionally, he has done all the holiday decorations and the flower cart as well. The service and quality as well as his company availability has been consistently of the highest grade.
