FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked at online Chinese language schools for many years and I am very clear about their price, teaching system and limitations to customers. Now I start to be self-employed so that I can offer the lowest price with a higher teaching quality and greater flexibility without much limitation to all Chinese learners. You can't find a better choice out there. You don't need to pay a lot upfront. You can decide how many lessons you are going to commit. Everything with me is quite flexible. So why not give it a shot and take a 45-min free trial lesson with me?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Take a 45-min free trial lesson via Skype: get to know the customer's current Chinese level and learning background and learning goal and every new customer can understand how my lessons will be conducted and how professional I am. 2. Give feedback and study plan: give feedback on the customer's current level and recommend a suitable textbook and make a personalized study plan based on the customer's specific level and needs. 3. Customer decides the amount of lessons to commit and Pay. 4. Start to enjoy one-to-one live online Chinese lessons!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in English in my college, thus I speak fluent English. I have received systematic training in "Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language," and get continuous and rigorous on-the-job training. I have taught Chinese for many years with students at different level and age, so I am rich of experience.
