- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees for organizing are by the hour. Most inital sessions with a client last between 3-5 hours. The number of sessions depends on your needs and how much "homework" you are able to complete in between meetings. Most clients will have 3-4 sessions to complete their home organization. For home staging, my fees are based on the number of rooms staged, complexity of the staging and the length of time the home is on the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have decided to work together, I will meet with you in your home and complete a questionnaire to better help me understand your needs and your lifestyle. Following this, we will develop a plan and begin organizing your items. If you are preparing to sell your home, I will work with you and your realtor to create a stunning showplace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a KonMari consultant training under Marie Kondo, one of the first consultants outside of Japan. I am a member of NAPO, the National Association of Professional Organizers and a member of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association. I have a Masters Degree in clinical psychotherapy and an MBA in finance. I have been organizing spaces for more than 30 years.
