My experience with Alejandro Nunez began when, a few years ago, my computer crashed. I then spent several hours on a telephone help line without solving the problem. Finally, it occurred to me to ask someone who might know something.
I called Alejandro and he brought the computer back to life. It is the sort of experience that makes one grateful forever. Subsequently Alejandro has never failed me. My problems have never been quite so total as they were the first time, but he has all the same patiently and competently solved them. In addition, he has taught me ways to improve my computer use.
I have recommended Alejandro to several friends because he really does try to figure out a problem and then solve it. My friends join me in finding his work satisfactory. They always mention his patience and his understanding of their particular problems.
I recommend him without hesitation. In addition to being competent, he is quite amiable and pleasant to deal with.

Alejandro was great and came to my residence (I have a large, heavy desktop). While he confirmed the problem couldn't be fixed right then and there, he tried many things to get it working and gave me recommendations on how to move forward in securing my data/storage, selling parts I don't need, etc. Would recommend!

The problem turned out to be more complicated that I thought. He was able to solve it and get our computers linked and running again. He was also happy to discuss solutions for other unrelated computer problems (e.g. did he think we needed to upgrade the router) and offer constructive advice.
