- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $95 per hour and currently am offering $20 off to new students for their first lesson :) Due to a busy schedule I have a 24 hour cancellation policy that will result in full charge but I know schedules are crazy and I'll do my absolute best to be flexible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we could discuss what your goals and experiences are to figure out what our focus should be. Is it finding new music that suits you? Learning sight reading skills for auditions? Simply singing for fun and learning how to do it sustainably? All topics we can cover in our initial session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied voice for almost 20 years and incorporate various methods and ideas I've learned into my coaching today.
