Introduction: I have been working with high school and college students for about 5 years now to help them with resumes and cover letters. In addition, I have helped a number of students with applications for summer opportunities, internships, and more. I also have tutored students on the ACT and got a 34 myself when I took the test myself in 2011. The most important part of my service is that I make sure people learn. I will never hand over an edited resume without any comments. I want my clients to understand the WHY behind everything I do so that they are self-reliant in the future. This goes for other writing/editing, tutoring, and everything else that I do. In addition, I have vetted more than 100 candidates for jobs at the startup accelerators I worked for, as well as innumerable entrepreneurs who wanted a spot in our accelerator program. This has helped me hone my eye for what recruiters want to see. I love when I see clients able to get to a point where they don't need my help anymore. I have seen my clients' writing styles grow so much after passing edits back and forth. My ideal is to know that I did not only help with one project and instead helped someone hone a skill they can use forever.
