If I could give a 10 star review I would! Sam Arnold made everything easier for us! All the units we saw were everything we asked for and was fully honest and responsive with every question we had, which were pretty extensive! Sam tried everything in his power to make the move to New York seem less and less stressful! Such a wonderful person and professional human. Went above and beyond and such a good selection of apartments to look at!

I had to move suddenly due to extremely sad and unfortunate reasons so needless to say I wasn't the best person to deal with. However, even with my craziness and short temper, Sam Arnold was the kindest and sweetest broker one could hope for. He was patient, understood exactly what I was looking for and nailed it on the first apartment. I can't say enough and would recommend Sam and Bohemia to anyone looking for a new place to live.
