- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get the quickest and most accurate quote, potential clients should provide HRA with the address of the property, the property type and property size. In addition, potential clients can advise of why they are ordering appraisal work and what they are using the report for. For most assets, HRA can provide the appraisal within 2 weeks of a client order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Highbridge Realty Advisors hold licenses to appraise commercial real estate in both New York and New Jersey. In addition, the owners of Highbridge Advisors hold the prestigious MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.
