- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate service call fee, and an hourly rate for repairs, regulation and voicing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s really quite a simple process; once I learn the basics about your piano (brand, age, service history, any repairs or special needs) we schedule our first service appointment. First visit appointments generally take around 2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal piano technology instruction at Chicago School for Piano Technology, Tanglewood Festival piano tech Fellow, factory training, Piano Technicians Guild seminars & institutes.
