FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have 1 client for a basic home-cooked meal, the fee is $75. For two people the price $100. If I am doing more than a one-course meal, i.e appetizers, sauces, desserts, the price will go up to $200 for one person and $250 for more than one, depending on the meals. I have not worked out discounts yet, but I will add that later on as I progress with clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first ask what they are hoping to accomplish. I will start with the basics so they can confidently learn how to make multiple meals from the same few ingredients- I always go at their pace. I will teach them helpful techniques along the way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training from my parents, grandparents since age 5 just by observing and cooking with them in the kitchen. Non-stop cooking shows and cookbooks all my life. If I may be so bold- most people who know my family, prefer our cooking to going out to a restaurant. It’s all restaurant quality.
