A single private Yoga Session is priced at $130 for an 1 hr and 15min session. Discounts are given for multiple session packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction- A brief chat over the phone so I can learn more about you and your needs. Consultation- A complementary session where we go more in depth about why you are seeking Yoga as well as your health history. During this session we also gauge your range of motion and move through some introductory Yoga poses. Schedule- Together we determine the best practice schedule for you and solidify dates for your private yoga sessions.
