We start with a consultation to understand your property, priorities and intended scope. We review existing conditions, finishes and building requirements, then define the work and proposal. During construction, we coordinate access, deliveries and the work sequence, and keep you informed as the project progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pursue ongoing learning through construction courses, seminars and contractor business resources, including the SBA, SCORE and SBDC. We discuss the qualifications and documentation relevant to your project rather than treating a general profile statement as proof of a specific certification.
