Introduction: My name is Sergio Freitas, with Luiz Homecare Corporation. I have over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional quality flooring care, windows and new constructions. I do offer a variety of services: Specializing in hardwood installation, restoration and refinishing wood floors; window cleaning (inside). We also clean newly constructed homes. The final part of the construction process is the cleanup prior to move-in. Removing dust is the key. The final cleanup also gives the builder an objective opinion of any problem areas that need review to move-in.
