- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although the nature of business is to make money, there is also the necessity to please your client. It is a priority of mine to pleasure every person who hires me for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once in contact I am dilligent about keeping the customer updated with every detail up to the day of their move and courtesy call shortly before, day before, and day of work assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have around three years experience in moving and assembly. I have worked for Van lines, moving companies, and also for myself.
