Introduction: Hi I'm Chef Maia Jones! As a creative individual, I’ve always loved having the opportunity to share my ideas, and mostly my food with others around me. Cooking has provided me with such a wonderful outlet to do exactly that.
I graduated culinary school from the Culinary Institute of Virginia receiving both my degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Food Service Management. School brought me a lot of opportunities like working at a variety of resorts, restaurants, and catering companies.
Creating interesting and delicious food for your event is my main priority!

Diversity without losing touch with that, “comfort food” feel, that’s what I get anytime I eat the art of Chef Maia Jones. She takes pride in each dish she creates and the taste proves it every time. I have had the personal pleasure of being there for Chef Jones growth from the beginning of her journey. This is truly her passion and her calling which anyone could tell from her bright smile while she cooks. She not only cooks but she also teaches students her skills and encourages them to think of culinary as another route in life. The distinct tastes she creates for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are never to be compared. Even graduating to Baking Sweets sets these young chef levels above the rest.

For my birthday I had this amazing Snickers cake made by Maia. It was delicious. I enjoyed every single bite of it. I would highly recommend Tastes by Maia.

I have had red velvet, cookie dough, and cookies and cream cupcakes made!!! They were all AMAZING! She is doing my wedding cupcakes and cake! I can't wait!!!

I've experienced many different dishes cooked by Maia, and each one was incredible. She is amazing at blending flavors and you can tell by the taste of her food, that she loves what she does. Do yourself a favor and call her.
