FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Know that the prices can be charged at an hourly rate, or a Specific job rate. But as Murphy’s Law does exists, be prepared that a job that may seem simple, could be a lot larger when uncovered, so be prepared that job cost or rate may increase & you NEVER have to do anything you aren’t willing to pay for. Have a Voice to say No and don’t feel trapped into having more work done then you are comfortable with paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk my process through will the Customer, and give tips to save money and headaches by teaching the quick fixes ie shutting off the valve if your have a running or flooding toilet. Over the years I’ve learned for certain, never assume anything, and do not ever insult the Customers intelligence while talking through a scenario.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in repair and installation in all facets of a Residence.
