- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge per hour due to the complexity of technical jobs. A flat fee will apply for jobs that are cut and dry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce myself, get to know the customer, and then figure out what the problem and resolution is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CompTIA A+ hardware certification. I have worked in various fields relating to my expertise. Telecommunication, IT, network design, construction, home theater installation. Extremely versed in repairs relating to these fields.
