- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and consistent with the current market values. We offer referral incentives and we donate a portion of every foot we sell to Children's Miracle Network and Kiwanis International which supports other non-profits in our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a prospective customer, we will set up a time to inspect the home and we will generally have an idea of cost before we leave. We will generally set up a second measurement by our installation crew as a checks and balance. We will generally collect a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quote, with final amount due upon completion. We can accept cash, check, or major credit card. Once completed we will walk the property with the customer to ensure satisfaction. We will follow up with an email requesting feedback on our work which may include an online review. We will follow up with periodic drive by or inspection to make sure your gutters are flowing smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
29 years in service related work with 15 years of general management and facility management. 1 year in the construction sales and marketing field. I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and an advanced MBA.
