- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour. I have set prices but my prices are always negotiable. Please give 24 hours cancellation notice. So that I can accept another job if need be. If I give a quote on the phone or through the app it is free. if I have to come to the property to give a quote its $20 up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get to the customer house I take a walk through with the customer room by room as they explain to me exactly what they want done. That way there will not be any miss understandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience with house keeping. My mother use to have a cleaning business and I use to work with her and after she retired she past the business on to me. I am new in the business when it comes to house sitting but I'm constantly learning and improving.
