Nick responded to us very quickly and on a Sunday night, after one of our toilets overflowed and made a mess of my bathroom. After explaining what was going on over the phone, he was able to come by the next day to take a look. He was punctual, polite, professional, and very informative about what he was doing and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, we have to replace both our toilets, but it was something we had planned on doing anyway. When we get the new toilets, we will definitely be calling Nick to install them for us. You will not regret hiring Nick, and we will definitely use him from now on for any plumbing needs.
