Hi, I contacted this handyman because I needed a toilet installed. He was very responsive and gave me a lot of great suggestions. My toilet is small and rough in size non-standard. He helped along the way (via app messaging) so I could figure out what I would need as a replacement. At the end I found out that our handyman in the building can do the job, so I did not need outside service. However, I am very grateful for the advice I have received along the way. Thank you!

We needed to remove an old toilet (which was leaking slowly from the base) and install a new one, so we didn't have the option of waiting too long. I was having difficulty finding someone who could come and provide insurance. These guys stepped up and were able to come the day after I got in touch with them. The plumber showed up on time (maybe even early), and was super knowledgeable and experienced. He did a great job and did a thorough job of cleaning up. My only complaint is that he found the shut-off valve connecting the water to the toilet was broken, and it seemed like a good idea to repair it. He got a quote from the central office for $275. Maybe that is the going rate - but I don't think it added more than 15-20 minutes to the job, so not sure where that price comes from. Bottom line is they did a great job, but it turned out to be super expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, as the new toilet looks and works great - and doesn't leak.

Jurgan was very professional and a very nice person. He replaced my toilet and sink with new ones that I had already purchased. He responded to my inquiry quickly, helped schedule my appointment right away, helped me get the certificate of insurance paperwork that my building required, and on the day we planned to get the work done, he arrived right on time and did everything in a timely fashion. The new toilet and sink looks great and feels so nice to have the fresh ones installed so smoothly! He cleaned up the area where the work was done and explained everything he had done clearly. I would highly recommend Jurgan for any plumbing work and would definitely call him again the next time I need some work done! Thank you Jurgan!
