Tamarra is a very professional, competent, & knowledgeable Dog trainer. We are so pleased with the outcome of our dog's training program with her. We hired Tamarra because our dog was very aggressive with other dogs, including another dog in our household. We had tried other trainers & training methods, to no avail. Our situation was very serious and we felt hopeless, but from the time of first contacting Tamarra, her positive attitude actually gave us hope that our situation could be remedied. Through out the training process, Tamarra displayed kindness, compassion, and empathy, and provided solutions and answers to our concerns or questions. She was confident and always reassuring and available through out the training program which greatly enhanced our level of confidence. Her verbal and written instructions were reinforced through practice and demonstration and new training methods were gradually introduced. We will always be greatly for her willingness to bond with our dog in such a loving and caring way and Our dog just loves her! We will be forever greatful for Tamarra & her training program which addressed a serious & volatile situation at home with our dogs.

Does not wish to help with collar on dog and the price is very has a professional and the cost should be able to get training collar on. In 10 mins of time evaluated dog. And right away came up with hi price. And use shock method . Sorry but would not recommend. If they are trained they should be able to handle any situation

Hi, I am not sure who left this review but am sorry you thought our pricing was too high. I am assuming this is the evaluation I did with an extremely aggressive Rottweiler that the owners themselves were afraid of. We were not able to get a collar on their pup right away as he was trying to bite and lunge. The best option for this dog was a board and train program that we had agreed on with owners in order to keep everyone in the home safe. This dog was very aggressive and safety ALWAYS comes first. I am sorry you thought the pricing was too high but this was a very high risk case. Would have loved to help anyway.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every program offered is different and is dependent on each dog and their owners wants and needs. We conduct a free in home evaluation and will get an exact price for you at that time. An evaluation takes about 45 minutes and no cost to you if inquiring through Thumbtack. ($100 value)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Team Trainer with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team. Hand selected & trained by Founder/Master Trainer Lorenzo Miller.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have wanted to be involved in the animal field all my life. I have worked in several Animal Hospitals, Kennels and Groomers. I decided I wanted to make a difference, and became a dog trainer with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team. Our goal is to keep dogs out of shelters and in happy homes.
