- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard diagnostic fee for service is $89. If you have a preventative maintenance contract with us the diagnostic fee is just $49.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for a new customer is simple. First we gather all information for your home and schedule the appointment at a convenient time for the customer. The technician calls the customer 20 minutes before arriving and records the unit model and serial #'s for future reference along with the diagnosis. We provide a quote to the customer and email them a copy for their convenience. Lastly, we follow up to ensure the received and understand the quote, as well as to see if they'd like to move forward. We are sure to communicate with the customer every step of the way from start to finish.

All of our technicians are trained and certified regularly to keep up with the day-to-day changes in the industry.
