Introduction: My name is Chef Porsche Thomas. I specialize in Vegan fare that doesn’t compromise on taste and I have been the personal Chef to Mogul Russell Simmons, cooked for the likes of MY Lyte, Ed Weeks, and even hosted my own cooking show on Cleo TV called New Soul Kitchen. Vegan cooking has never been as fabulous as when Porsche is the one serving up cruelty free dishes. She makes healthy - usually soy free - meals for my boss Russell Simmons and myself on the regular. Our guests always leave our events raving about the taste and marveling at how satisfying it is without flesh and dairy. She is the best of the best!

Porsche Thomas can cook. Period. For years I have dabbled in veganism. I've eaten at some of the best vegan restaurants in LA, NY & Chicago. I know yummy. Porsche is world class. She knows taste is key and it's got to be good! Her curry lentil soup is one of my favorite things. Porsche has that innate sense that all great cooks possess. It's an instinct. A pinch of this, a tsp of that, more or less of something else... It's like magic watching her create deliciousness. I've had the pleasure of dining on her Thanksgiving dinners for 2 years in a row now & I wish Thanksgiving was every day (that mac & cheese is just that good)! From intimate dinner parties for friends, to large parties and events, to "try this, I'm working on something", Porsche Thomas delivers delicious.
