What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A person completely new to learning CPR/First Aid/AED will receive a dedicated and detailed explanation throughout the class. Questions are highly encouraged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience as an EMT responding to emergencies. I have performed CPR, used an AED and provided First Aid multiple times throughout my career.
