Tom saved the day when I needed my laptop fixed, which is my lifeline for work. He was quick, courteous, & very affordable. Best yet, my laptop is perfect again. I'll use him again in a heartbeat & would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer help.

I was delighted to know that Tom was able to come in less then two hours when I contacted him through Thumbtack. He arrived during the specified time and got right to work on our problem. He even was able to fix some other minor problems that we just didn't know how to tackle. Work was completed in the time frame he had quoted and we were very happy with the outcome. Now I am up and running again and can get my reports completed on time. I would recommend he and his business. I will use him again when the need arises on any of my computers. He takes time to explain what it was that he did and if he installs any programs for you he tales the time to show you how to access it and use them. VERY PROFESSIONAL!

Tom was great! We needed someone to hook up my 83 year old mother's wireless printer. She is spending the winter in Florida and we are in Ohio and trying to walk her through everything was going to be a nightmare. After I found Tom through Thumbtack, my mom made arrangements for him to come at a time that worked for her. He was not only able to connect her wireless printer to her laptop and tablet but he also helped her connect her Verizon jet pack to her phone, tablet and laptop (at our request, after she had spent 2 hours on the phone with the Verizon guy). Basically, he made sure that everything was set up for her to use. His charge for all this was very reasonable and she said he was very nice and clearly knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again if my mom has any further problems and I would recommend him to anyone.
