- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a simple, all inclusive, low hourly rate that won't leave your head spinning. Our hourly rate includes insurance & taxes, truck & fuel, furniture & home protection, and stretch wrap and tools. The time starts once we actually begin moving and it ends once everything is off the truck and you are completely satisfied. There are no hidden fees of surprise costs whatsoever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you would like more information about our company or an instant quote give our office a call and you will speak to myself or my manager, Sean. Once we have your move booked and you have received a confirmation you can rest assured we will be on time and ready to go for your move. Our crew will call you when they are on their way to your move. Once they arrive they will go over a simple contract and mark the start time for the move. We'll begin by protecting the floors and doorways. We'll then begin moving, disassembly, and wrapping all furniture completely in stretch wrap and pads. Once we arrive at your new residence we'll protect the floors and doorways again and begin unloading. We will place each item where desired and get everything reassembled for you at your request. At the end of them move you can pay by cash, credit, or check and we will give you a written and emailed receipt.
