FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what type of event the client is having, what venue they're having it in and what the guest demographics are in order to recommend the photo booth that'll complement their event best.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types - corporate, country club and private
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You tend to get what you pay for. Make sure you ask questions about things other than pricing because not all equipment is the same...even though it might seem similar. For example, our photo booths are very advanced and contain highly entertaining features that most of the other booths in Chicagoland don't offer. They also generate larger (4' X 6') professional-grade pictures that will hold their quality for a long, long time. We only want to offer our clients' the best equipment available because that's what ultimately makes their event's guests happiest. When guests are having a great time, then the event hosts are having a good time. And when everyone's having a good time, we've accomplished our goal!
