A good example that my priority is my client is the time I helped a pastor and his wife through a short sale of their home. They had an immediate offer, and the short sale process began. Towards the end of the process, my clients changed their minds and wanted a loan modification instead. Even though I didn't get a commission from the short sale, my clients were satisfied of my services and have their needs met.
