They finished my roof in 1 day. everything was cleaned just as it was before they started. They even went around with a magnet to make sure that all nails were picked up. Couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and my roof looks great.

F-M Exteriors installed a few solar attic fans on our house. The quality of the install was excellent (shingles were trimmed properly around the vents and everything was caulked cleanly). Now our upstairs is a good 10-15 degrees cooler during the super hot St. Louis summer days.

We feel that meeting with our customers in person allows them to decide what is best for their home and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email is sent confirming our appointment along with a photo of the representative who will be arriving at their home. We do this for our customer's protection and peace of mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed roofing contractor in the state of Illinois. We are also certified by CertainTeed shingle manufacture giving our customers the best roof install they can receive.
