- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do our best to educate our clients, explaining the extensive safety precautions we take to assure all of their vegetation is protected, if any electrical boxes, junction boxes or security cameras need to be protected ect. Our goal is to take the time to do each and very job correctly so that there aren't any problems, plus to give our clients not only a piece of mind but also a pleasant experience while receiving our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union carpenter for ten years, then started a construction company. I have since then downgraded and just started focusing on home exterior soft washing. I made a great decision, love the business and couldn't be happier.
