Introduction: Honesty. I don't want anyone to spend money on useless items to lose weight. I strive for the people i work with to get the best deals out there. I will be honest with telling you if what your doing will help or hurt your progress. Im always looking for new and simpler ways to eat, good, and be able to eat out the right ways to still have progress. I have a passion for helping people. I love interacting and teaching with others. When I can give someone information that will help make their life more positive, it's a great feeling. I enjoy giving the non judgemental support that I wished I had received when starting a lifestyle change.
