Introduction: My love for genuine hospitality and deliciously balanced foods was first shaped during my childhood in Morocco. As an adult in the United States I have become further inspired by Asian, Mediterranean, and Californian cuisines. I enjoy taking inspiration from these various styles to create simple unique rustic dishes that I can plate artistically and serve to a diverse clientele. Cooking is an artistic medium where I feel I can best express myself. I like to be in a kitchen and work with my hands and I like to be in social environments and meet new people.

Hamza makes the most delicious and creative foods I have ever tasted. His dishes might be slightly different each time as he is not stuck in recipes and instead truly gets inspired and uses cooking as a form of artistic expression. Some of my favorite dishes have been Moroccan tagines (wow the flavors take me somewhere amazing every time, I don't share this well), Moroccan meatballs (guests had thirds!), roasted chicken (people asked for the marinade recipe years later and neighbors knocked on my door to ask about the smell), arugula salads with a delicious white dressing and fresh herbs, beet fennel citrus salad with miso dressing (he makes you really see the beauty in a perfect salad and soup) lentil soup, potato and leek soup, and crostinis (these are fun for parties, the last one I tried of his was with carmelized onions, dates, and blue cheese, omg). I think it's impossible to describe his talent in words so I highly recommend giving yourself the favor of giving his foods a try. Enjoy.
