- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of a single walk is $30. The price might be a bit higher for dogs who need special attention but it could also be a bit lower if the customer requests 4 or 5 walks a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a meet and greet the customer and puppy and make sure that we are a good fit for the puppy's needs, and that the puppy is a good fit with the pack. We want to know everything we can about the puppy, including any issues that we can work on, any habits to break, and any behaviors to reinforce.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years experience training dogs and 4 years walking packs and individual dogs of all breeds and sizes.
