Excellent experience. Bayside delivery took the headache out of my super quick cross country move. They were flexible, came out multiple times to load my UHAUL and help arrange the rest of the items in my car so I could start my drive. They also hauled away every bit of trash leaving my rental ready for a deep clean. I'd highly recommended Bayside for all your moving needs. They are quick, efficient, flexible and a great value.

I hired Bayside Delivery and Moving because I really liked the way they presented their quote to me. I had a 55 mile move and they were able to quote me for labor time (loading and unloading) and gave me a separate quote for mileage (driving distance). This was very fair. I think I saved some money as I had ridiculous quotes of up to $1400 for this move. I also had a few lower quotes but I didn't like how they went about quoting it to me. Some wanted to charge less per hour but would also charge me for driving time and a per-mile charge. Bayside listened to my special requests like stacking the boxes in my storage unit with the content labels facing out so I could read what was inside the boxes. Everything was neatly stacked. There was also a long delay on the freeway to get to my destination but they never complained about anything. I would definitely recommend them and give them 5 stars!!

I used Mulea at Bayside Moving and was extremely impressed. Having used multiple movers throughout the years, I had tempered expectations. However, this was the best moving experience I ever had.
My job had a tight timetable so I built in a large buffer into my bid. Not only did Bayside come on time, they were early by 10 minutes!
Their communication was supurb and texted the day before and also called before arriving. The driver worked fast and was really friendly throughout the move. They are a local Oakland based firm and it felt good to support a small business owner.
I can't say enough nice things about this experience and have already forwarded their info to other friends moving into the city.

This guys did an apic job for me. They went above and beyond what I have expected and paid for. They are very friendly, professional, efficient and eager to work. They were very careful with all of my stuff and made my move so easy and fun. I will definitely use them again and I Highly recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, they arrived late (almost an hour) with a truck that was MUCH smaller than I expected to see. The move goal was to take items to the dump. Because the truck was so small, they had to make an extra dump run. They chose to go to a dump that was "VERY expensive" (Driver's words) because it was nearby. On returning, they told me that another dump was considerable cheaper. I wound up paying dump fees that were MUCH higher than originally quoted. When it came time to pay, I was charged for ALL the time they spent including the time they were away on the first dump run. The final straw ("... that broke the camel's back") was when it was time to pay, I found that they charged a 4% surcharge for use of a credit card. After I explained that this practice should have been made clear up front, they waved Half of the extra charge. Anyway, the crew that did the work was competent and courteous, if not punctual. At the end of the day's project, I was too tired to argue about the extra hour of charges.
