My friend and I wanted to surprise our husbands with a delicious meal prepared by a private chef. Chef Christina did not disappoint!! She was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The meal she prepared was flawless from start to finish! We had coconut crusted shrimp skewer with a killer mango sriracha sauce to start followed by the most delicious gazpacho with seared scallop and Marcona almonds. Our main entree was a roasted filet with a mushroom and red wine reduction sauce and a roasted garlic that was out of this world amazing! Everyone's filets were cooked to perfection as well. As the grand finale we had a lemon chess pie with strawberries and a cookie crumble! We all went home really happy! To top it all off, she provided wine recommendations, set the table beautifully and even left the kitchen spotless!! We couldn't have been happier! Thanks Chef Christina!!

Christina Johnson is extremely talented! As a foodie I have very high standards and she always exceeds expectations. Christina is very creative and is passionate about cooking and entertaining. I have attended her cooking classes, formal dinners, and parties. She is great to work with and I always come away having tried something unique or learned a great new skill.

We have had wonderful experiences with Christina of Diplomatic Eats as both a caterer and a cooking teacher. For our event, she prepared a delicious variety of appetizers that were creative and beautifully presented - our guests were impressed. Our family cooking class with Christina was so much fun - she came up with a menu that exposed us to a variety of cooking methods and techniques, and each of us came away with new skills and confidence in the kitchen. The result was a yummy birthday dinner for me prepared by the whole family. You will love working with Christina and she will not disappoint! She now feels like part of our family!
