- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individually quoted depending on size of party, location and cuisine required. A tasting session is advised for new clients to determine taste and portion, provided by Street Chef California at a time and date of clients choice. We ask our new customers to choose 5 items from their desired menu choices for a small fee for a minimum of 2 people to taste. This helps the client to see and taste exactly what they will receive on the day of the desired event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide quote. Discuss in more detail customers requirements via telephone. Confirm and arrange a tasting session if required. Meet in person to confirm finer details. Re-confirm all parties agreements via email. Provide catering contract signed and agreed by all parties
