- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate arrival fee that serves as the initial deposit compared to our competitors that mostly charge hourly rates for travel to and from their depot. We offer a $199 special for the first two hours and $85 per additional hour. This hourly rate is solely for time spent moving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to establish the customers expectations to personalize their move. Then, we provide effective communication with the customer to address any concerns throughout the service. But most importantly, we build trust with our clients as we understand you just do not want to let anyone into your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified appliance installer. At the same time, there's no real certification to be a mover; however, I have over 20 years of on the job training that is shared with my team. Its an understood concept that we must treat your belongs as if they were our own. Damaged belongs diminish the joy of moving.
