- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We diagnose the problem for a flat fee and present the customer with all of their options and a price for repair prior to performing any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time convenient for the customer to diagnose a problem, perform maintenance or install a new system. We listen to the customers needs and give the best solutions for their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and installers are factory trained. They are kept up to speed on current techniques and code during weekly meetings led by our install and service manager. They pass a background and drug screening prior to being sent to a customer's home.
