Yes, I use a flat rate sheet. I don't work by the hour. My repairs are reasonable and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet customer. Listen to customers complaints and or concerns. Check system operation, diagnose and estimate repairs. Explain to customer proper way repairs should be done. Complete repair. Check system operation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Refrigeration and appliance repair. 9 Years experience in HVAC.
