We bought a house and found it was littered with 24 lines of old, unsightly cables. Steve came out to look at it and recognized the connection issues we were experiencing were a direct result of lazy cable installation by the cable companies. He really understood the problems we were having and was able to remove all the old cables and run a brand new cable line, greatly improving our connection quality. Additionally we asked him to network our upstairs rooms. He did the job right by going through the attic instead of running the lines against the baseboards. Steve was great to work with, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend him and will use him again if we need other work done.

Steve did a really great job mounting my tv above the fireplace. Within a week of reaching out to him, my tv was installed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cords were neatly organized and hidden. He also cleaned up some old cords in the basement and left it better than when he started. I would highly recommend this company!

I am more than happy to recommend Stephen Day of K C Tech Help. In answer to his ad on Next Door, I wanted someone that knew what they were doing because I wanted no mistakes in mounting my TV over the fireplace. Stephen was precise, timely, & meticulous in cleaning up after himself. Although he is not your typical handyman, he also graciously consented to hang a large clock for me while he was here.
